Easter Assistance Registration Form

Please complete this form to request an Easter hamper. An Easter hamper will include a turkey, potatoes, and additional food items that can be used to prepare a holiday meal.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted the form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Please note that you must live in Kanata to receive an Easter hamper.

Easter hampers will be available for pick-up later in the day on Wednesday, March 27th at the Kanata Food Cupboard warehouse at 340 Legget Drive, Door #46.

You will be assigned a specific pick-up time; the time will be provided to you via email by end of day Monday, March 25th (please check your spam folder if you have not received your email by that date).

You will be asked to pick-up your Easter hamper at the Kanata Food Cupboard warehouse location. If you require a delivery of your hamper, please indicate that need below and we will try to accommodate your request.

* Please note that deliveries are only for our regular delivery clients or individuals who do not have transportation to pick up their hamper.
